A confirmed sighting of the hilal to start the month of Shaban was made in California this evening.  Therefore, Insha’Allah the first day of Shaban will be Tuesday, February 21st and we are exactly one month away from the start of the Blessed month of Ramadan.  May Allah allow us to see and complete the month of Ramadan.  Amin!
