ICF operates under a Leadership Shurah.  The ICF Shurah consists of a Chairman, Imam, Treasurer, Secretary, Facility Manager, and several At Large General Shurah members.  Our Shurah members are all highly professional and long-time Muslim members of the local and other worldwide Islamic communities.  The current Leadership Shurah as of September 2023 is as follows:

SHURAH MEETINGS ARE HELD EVERY TWO MONTHS (Starting in January of each year), ON THE THIRD SATURDAY OF THE MONTH AND ARE OPEN TO THE GENERAL COMMUNITY.
