ICF uses physical moon sighting to determine the beginning and end of Ramadan.  Insha’Allah we will be sighting for the hilal of Ramadan tonight.  However, since a month can only have 29 or 30 days and our primary source for determining the start of Ramadan as well as the majority of the world has determined that today is the 30th of Shaban, Monday, May 6th will be the first day of Ramadan and Sunday will be the first night of Tarawih salat.  Ramadan Mubarak!
